The Residence
Oliveto a Mare - Suite and Apartment was created for those who, like us, think of their vacations as a moment to carve out time for themselves and their families, enjoying relaxing moments of privacy just a few steps from the sea.
The Residence rises on beachfront land, within walking distance of the beach, in a quiet residential area of the town center and is divided into several units, surrounded by manicured gardens.
First among them are the delightful Residence apartments, housed in the annexes that were already built in 2009, when our complex was opened. They consist of mini-apartments with kitchenettes whose names echo the colors of their furniture and amenities: Villa Mare, Villa Sole and Villa Olivo.

Seafront, however, stands our new jewel: the hotel.
Here you can find elegant Rooms & Suites, some of them with a sea view, and the breakfast room with its large windows, overlooking the olive grove and the large swimming pool.
And it is the pool, with its pool bar, the real star of the new complex, from breakfast to the happy hour.
Three pools, one of which has a Jacuzzi, are designed so you can close your eyes and relax like you have never done before.
The solarium, with the sea and the gulf in the background, with its olive trees dancing with the wind, is the soul of Oliveto a Mare- Suite & Apartment.
