Even if we are no longer in a state of emergency, it is good practice to always keep an interpersonal distance so as to protect yourself and the others.
THE IMPORTANCE OF REST
Oliveto a Mare**** is a quiet place...which is why it is so relaxing!
Keeping quiet after lunch (between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m.) and at night (11 p.m. to 7 a.m.) is essential to allow adults and children to recover after a long day at the beach!
However, even during the daytime, it is good practice to limit the volume of both your voice and TV and tablets, so as not to disturb those who are reading, working or resting... like the little ones, whose naps are invaluable (especially for mom and dad)!
BEACH SERVICE AND GUESTS
Our beach service is to be used exclusively by the Guests of our facility, so as to ensure peace and quiet at the beach as well. The lifeguard will direct you to the location of your beach umbrella, which will be the same for the entire duration of your stay, unless organizational needs arise.
It is possible to leave games and inflatables on the beach, but, in case of strong winds, we recommend taking them away.
Your friends are our friends, and we welcome them with open arms. However, for legal and insurance reasons, it is necessary to register their personal information at the reception before taking a place on the beach. We also require that you reserve another umbrella: fitting you and your friends under the same one would mean invading other people's space and disturbing other Guests.
The extra charge (10 to 20 euros per person per day) is applied automatically on your apartment and is due even in the event that Guests do not use the courtesy umbrella.
SWIMMING POOL AND SOLARIUM
Pool and solarium are open from 8:30 am to 7:30 pm. During this time, swimming is possible.
Oliveto a Mare is the typical destination for many families with small children, who love this place for its tranquility. Precisely for this reason, it is necessary for parents to be careful to their children, in order to avoid running, being loud and diving - forbidden for reasons of disturbance, but above all because it is dangerous.
It is not necessary to wear a cap, but bathing is allowed only after showering, especially for those coming from the sea: creams, sand and salt are bitter enemies of our pools!
Infants must wear specific diapers. If you do not have any with you, you can purchase them at the reception desk
BREAKFAST AND POOL BAR
The pool bar opens at 7:30 am and is available to guests until aperitif time, closing at 8:30 pm.
At breakfast time, which is from 8 a.m. to 10:30 a.m, guests can choose among a wide range of delicacies at our rich buffet. Guests who have chosen the hotel formula can sit in the breakfast room, choosing between an indoor or outdoor table.
And if you prefer to sleep late, you will always find some treats to go along with your coffee at the pool bar, all while enjoying the amazing pool view!
TIDYING UP AND CLEANING
Rooms and suites have daily maid service. Our housekeepers will change bath linens every other day and bed linens approximately every three days.
The staff will take care of this in your absence, generally between 8:30 am and 1 pm. If you prefer different times, please contact the front desk who will gladly accommodate your needs!
HOME CATERING
Our service is available for both lunch and dinner and no minimum order is needed.
You can order by calling the front desk or via WhatsApp at 0974972573. Should you linger at the beach or on an excursion, no problem: Our staff will take care of delivery directly to your apartment.
LUNCH times: order by 11 a.m., delivery at about 12:45-1 p.m;
DINNER times: order by 6 pm, delivery at about 8-8:15 pm.
